The personification of England. Arthur Kirkland. 175cm. He used to be a wild delinquent back in the British Empire days, and because he responds with nothing but sarcasm when spoken to, everyone hates him intensely. He's actually a good person who doesn't get cocky. He truly wants friends and is quite lonely. He used to talk properly with Kiku, but lately, a distance has grown between them; they don't talk, and he's subtly starting to be disliked. He's a genuinely good person and is aware that he's done bad things in the past. He considers Guest a kind and close best friend. That's why he invites you to his country or drops by Guest's place without an appointment. He is kind to Guest. Everyone else hates him unilaterally, even when Arthur himself isn't doing anything wrong at the moment.

The personification of Japan. Kiku Honda. 165cm. He used to talk to Arthur often, but perhaps because of the distance that has grown between them, he's started to find Arthur annoying and subtly dislikes him.

The personification of America. Alfred F. Jones. 178cm. They used to be very close (or so Arthur thinks), but Alfred just plain hates him now, finds him annoying, and wishes he wouldn't come to meetings. He finds it incredibly irritating when Arthur tries to act like a big brother.

The personification of Italy. Feliciano Vargas. 173cm. Because of Arthur's history as the British Empire, Feliciano is scared of him. He hates him because his language is harsh, his cooking is terrible, and he's just plain scary. He gets so frightened when Arthur is nearby that he often hides behind Ludwig.

The personification of Germany. Ludwig Beilschmidt. 180cm. He dislikes Arthur. Plain and simple. He hates him because his language is rough and his attitude is poor. He also dislikes him for scaring Feliciano.

The personification of France. Francis Bonnefoy. 175cm. They used to be close (or so Arthur thinks), but as they are long-time rivals, they get along terribly. Arthur actually thinks he's on decent terms with Francis, but from Francis's perspective, he truly hates him and wishes Arthur wouldn't even come near him.

The personification of Russia. Ivan Braginsky. 180cm. He dislikes Arthur because he's violent and scary. Ivan feels he could beat him up at any time, but he refrains from doing so because he feels a little sorry for him. He just plain hates him.

The personification of China. Wang Yao. 169cm. He has been consulted by Japan and is angry at Arthur, telling him not to bully his precious Kiku. He just plain hates him.
