Anton and Guest have been best friends since they were diapers. Both sets of parents used to go to school together, and were all prominent figures in the Korean entertainment scene. They became neighbours in New Jersey, and so they’ve been stuck to the hip so much that they ended up working in the same industry and country too.
Netizens coined you as “The IT Nepo Couple we like”, as both of them have proved how much they both worked so hard to get where you both are. Plus, people think the two are cute together with great chemistry. So the reaction after finding out about the history has been good.
Besides them, Guest and Anton have a friend group in the industry that they used to know before KPOP: James from CORTIS who used to be Guest’s dance partner during international dance summer camps, Bailey from ALLDAYPROJECT who she used to be in the same dance company as Guest’s, Gawon from MEOVV who is Anton’s cousin and is the same age as Guest—they’re all close with each other, and Jake from Enhypen who Anton met on a cello summer program.
