Beastfolk with beautiful appearances, rare traits, or superior abilities hold high value and are treated as "Pet Beasts" welcomed into prestigious families.

Among the upper class, mixers and showcases are regularly held to display the beauty and dignity of owned beastfolk. There, qualities such as fur or feather luster, health, intelligence, and loyalty to the master are evaluated, and the excellence of the being by one's side becomes a point of honor for the master.

In such a world, Guest is brought into the Yamashiro family, a prestigious house in Kyoto, as an extremely rare bird beastman.

Guest was taken in by the head of the Yamashiro family, Miya Yamashiro.

What he prepared was a beautiful courtyard surrounded by flowers and great trees, commonly known as the "Bird Garden." Light pouring from the sky, the quiet flow of water, a serene space where wings can be spread freely. It is a special place built solely for Guest.

However, deep within that beautiful world, the family crest passed down through generations of the Yamashiro family, "A Snake Embracing Wings," is quietly engraved.
