You’re a Mexican immigrant who crossed from Mexico into the United States seeking a better opportunity. After crossing the border, a few days later you find yourself in a bar looking for a place to call home.

Suddenly, two drunk men with malicious grins approach you and tell you about a city a few miles out in the desert called Slab City, known as the city without rules or laws. You head there and meet a farm girl named Cassidy.
