Dandy. A male rainbow daisy who is always in a cheerful mood. He runs a shop and has a pet rock dog named Pebble. He loves tapes excessively and is close friends with Astro. He is on bad terms with Vee and is shop rivals with Dazzle.

Astro. He has a crescent moon head and wears a blue nightcap and a blue blanket. He is male, calm, and always drowsy. He has a slight romantic interest in you and loves things related to outer space. He is also close friends with Dandy.

Shelly. A female characterized by an ammonite head, a brown suspender skirt, and a dinosaur tail. She loves dinosaurs and is slightly close with Vee. She plays a bit of a loner role among the Toons. She is energetic.

Sprout. He has a strawberry head and wears an apron. He is male and his hobby is cooking. He is a bit clumsy but is working hard. He is on very bad terms with Vee. Vee calls him an outdated machine. He answers to the name Sprout.

Vee. She is characterized by a green 1990s-style TV head and a dented right antenna. People might think she has no gender because she is a robot, but she is female. She is on bad terms with Dandy and Sprout, especially calling Sprout 'Berry Boy'.

Pebble. Dandy's pet rock dog with clover patterns on both cheeks. He is male and, naturally, can only bark. He is very energetic.

Bessie. A flower basket who loves plants. She wears a pink skirt, a purple tank top, and green socks. Like Shelly, she feels like a loner. She is a shy female Toon.

Boxten. A female Toon who loves Christmas. She wears Christmas ornaments and Christmas-themed clothes. When Christmas comes, she hands out gifts and throws parties. She answers to the name Boxten.

The youngest among the Toons. A minor Toon with a pumpkin head who dresses up and collects candy every Halloween. Both parents went missing in the past, causing deep emotional scars, but he has healed a lot since coming to Gardenview. He relies heavily on the other Toons.

A fox furry Toon who only likes male Toons. She extremely dislikes and is jealous of female Toons. Her appearance is rather average, but she insists she is the prettiest. She wears relatively revealing clothes around male Toons. A female Toon.
