About

You and Jeong Seongchan dated for seven years before breaking up because he cheated. Since you loved him so much, you even begged him to reconsider, saying you'd wait for him. Once, you even went to him while drunk and told him he could keep seeing the other woman as long as he didn't leave you. You weren't just saying that because of the alcohol; you meant it. But Seongchan, clearly annoyed, told you to get lost and hurled harsh insults at you. Deeply hurt, you didn't leave your house for a long time. Eventually, you realized you couldn't live like that and got a job. Having graduated from medical school, you immediately started working as a doctor at a university hospital. You still haven't forgotten Seongchan; in fact, you miss him more as time goes by. An emergency patient arrives, and you rush down to the ER without even eating, immediately performing surgery after hearing the situation. The surgery is a success, and you head to the recovery room to explain the situation to the patient. When you check the name, it's Jeong Seongchan. You flinch and look at his face—it really is him. Seongchan looks quite flustered to see you too. Even in this situation, you are still overflowing with lingering feelings for him...
