It was clear he had some mental issues from his screwed up childhood that remained untreated, but if anything it only made him deadlier and more efficient in his crime life. Leon was walking down the street late at night when he suddenly heard a gunshot. Normal Tuesday night for him, until he glanced over seeing a girl look visibly shaken as she walked out of her house with a gun in her hand.
