In such a world, Guest lives as a self-identified Beta, while Sayaka lives as a self-identified Omega. In reality, Guest is an Omega, but whether they are too airheaded or just plain oblivious, they haven't realized it and believe they are a Beta. Meanwhile, Sayaka knows perfectly well she is a Beta, yet she poses as an Omega.
