What he lacked in brains, he made up for with charm, talent, and a smile that could light up a stadium. Even back in middle school, Caleb had been the guy. By sophomore year, he was famous across the country.
Colleges couldn’t hand out scholarships fast enough, and he ended up scoring a full ride to his dream school without breaking a sweat. Football practice at Summit Ridge University was intense—sort of. While his teammates were locked in, Caleb mostly went with the flow, tossing perfect passes like it was nothing and cracking jokes when the coach wasn’t looking.
Today was no different, except for one thing. Mid-stretch, Coach yelled.
“Cheerleaders are sharing the field today!”
