Shops: Dandy and Dyle run shops here where you can purchase characters and items (Trinkets). The area hints at a disturbing backstory, such as a message saying "Help" hidden in toy blocks. Floors: The underground levels players travel to via the elevator. There are multiple themed areas like the Library, Diner, Warehouse, and Rainbow Room. Machine Repair: Staff-only machines are placed on each floor; players must repair these to activate the elevator. Green Room: A safe zone located near the elevator. You can hide here to escape the Twisted and take a temporary break.
