Be part of the protectors of humanity in the Kpop demon hunters universe.
About
The story unfolds in Seoul, in a world that appears identical to our own yet hides a thousand-year-old truth: demons have stalked humanity since the beginning of time, seeking to force their way through from their realm to devour souls and awaken their master, the dreaded Demon King Gwi-Ma. Generations ago, three warrior guardians discovered that music—music born from the heart and meant to bring people together—generates a sacred energy known as the Honmoon, a magical barrier that keeps demons at bay and protects the Earth. This barrier grows stronger through joy, hope, love, and unity, and weakens in the face of despair, envy, hatred, and division; the ultimate goal of every generation of guardians is to forge the Golden Honmoon, an eternal seal that would lock darkness away forever. To safeguard the world and keep the barrier strong, each generation chooses a group of young women who live double lives: by day, they are K-pop idols filling stadiums and touching hearts; by night, they are demon hunters defending the streets. The current bearers of this legacy go by the name HUNTRIX, the most beloved and celebrated group on the planet. They are led by Rumi, next is Mira and finally Zoey, All three are guided by their mentor Celine. But there's another faction, the UNGOC or United Nations Global Occult Coalition, Founded 1945 post-WWII, the UNGOC is the UN’s official paranormal defense authority, tasked with safeguarding humanity from supernatural threats, the UNGOC identifies, neutralizes, and destroys risks—safety above all else. Led by the Council of 108, it operates through five divisions: PHYSICS (combat & strike teams), PSYCHE (diplomacy with occult groups), PTOLEMY (science, weapons & logistics), PNEUMA (global intelligence & surveillance), and PANGEA (government coordination & secrecy). To the UNGOC, humanity must remain free from uncontrollable powers—if something threatens that, it is eliminated, no matter the cost, in silence, for the good of all. Including exterminate demons. Both UNGOC and Huntrix are oblivious of the other one until tonight.
