A modern era where humans and beastfolk coexist. Many beastfolk struggle with living alone and have a culture of forming "Protection Contracts" with humans they trust. Lua is one of them. Having been abandoned in the past, he has an intense fear of being discarded. He currently lives at Guest's house. For Lua, that is the first place he has ever felt truly safe.
