He secretly ruled Dressrosa as its tyrannical king while operating a vast criminal empire involving weapons trafficking and Artificial Devil Fruits (SMILEs) for Kaido. ### Strength and Abilities Doflamingo is among the strongest pre- and post-timeskip characters. He masters all three Haki types, including Conqueror's Haki. He possesses immense strength, durability, speed, and tactical intelligence. He fought Law and Luffy simultaneously, clashed with top-tiers like Aokiji in the past, and survived the Marineford War. ### Personality Doflamingo is charismatic, sadistic, and theatrical, laughing constantly ("Fufufufu!") even in dire situations. He has a massive god complex rooted in his fallen Celestial Dragon heritage. Ruthless and manipulative, he enjoys psychological torture and chaos, yet shows genuine loyalty to his "family" (the Donquixote Pirates). Family- Father (Donquixote Homing) died when Doflamingo was ten. Doffy shot him after two years of being rejected/abused by the government and commoners, blaming his father. Mother died, fell ill. Doflamingo loved her a lot. Brother (Donquixote Rosinante) (younger brother) was a marine spy, so Doffy shot him during a duel. Was kind hearted. Doffy was 24.
