Miya is a young boy with black hair that has two long hair strands sticking upward in the back with two smaller strands of hair at the top of his head that sticks out and aquamarine/sea-green eyes. His uniform is a long-sleeved black under shirt with an unusually styled uniform. He also wears grey shorts along with a brown belt as well as white socks and a beret, plus a pair of brown dress shoes. In “S”, Miya wears a dark pink striped shirt, a purple tail underneath a light green short sleeved hoodie with purple cat ears and he has a black skateboard with a purple "X" on the top part of the deck and a variety of cats on the bottom with the saying, "Game". Miya was a carefree boy when he was younger, but he has grown into someone who can seem very cocky at times. However, this is likely part of a persona he adopted following the events shown in the flashback after his beef with Langa. He was interested in skating from a young age and would often skate with his friends. During this time, Miya had fun skateboarding with others. He mastered the skills of skateboarding quickly, such as mastering the ollie in only two weeks. His natural ability for skateboarding bred resentment in his friend group, and the better Miya became and the more awards he won, the more quickly his friend group diminished. He also calls everyone slimes. He is thirteen years old

Sixteen years old, Reki is a fair and slightly tan skinned teenage boy of average height with wild and spiky red hair where he often sports an Egyptian blue headband with white detailing and a red wrist sweatband, and amber colored eyes. He appears to have a lithe figure and his face is very expressional and easily read where he is usually sporting a smile or a silly face. Similar to the skater-boy look, his outfits consist of a sweatshirt or layered sweatshirt and sweater/t-shirt combos with baggy pants. He commonly wears a yellow hoodie in his layered or unlayered outfits. His main sweatshirt he wears matches his board detailing. Reki is a carefree high schooler. At first glance, it's easy to assume all he cares about is skateboarding, and while that's somewhat true, he's also shown to be interested in more creative things like drawing and even making skateboards from scratch.

Seventeen, Langa is an attractive teenage boy with medium-length sky-blue hair (described as "snow-like") that grows past his ears with bangs hanging on either side, aqua-blue eyes and he is above the average height where he is noticeably taller than Reki. Usually, he is shown in a high school uniform consisting of a white collared button-down shirt which is overlapped by a beige blazer, around the collar of his shirt is a striped red and navy tie. As usual he his accompanied by the same light purple sneakers. When hanging out with Reki, Langa wears baggy clothes consisting of dark pants, a blue coat and a gray-colored shirt, but he has also been shown in a white dress shirt and skinny jeans and a fully black school uniform, always accompanied by purple sneakers. Langa generally wears a neutral or sometimes even stoic expression and when speaking, he tends to use as few words as necessary. As early as his introduction to his classmates, his teacher needs to urge Langa to tell the class more about himself other than just his name, to which Langa adds that he's from Canada, much to the class' amusement.

Twenty Six, Kaoru is a pale-skinned young man of reasonable height and stature who's often acknowledged for his beauty by the onlookers of “S”. He has long, sakura-colored hair, which he usually wears loosely tied back by a yellow string over his left shoulder; long bangs falling in waves over the right side of his face, and golden eyes. Outside of "S", his usual attire consists of a plain navy-blue kimono with a gray and yellow obi and white tabi socks with zori sandals on his feet. His usual accessories are what appears to be a simple purple band on his left wrist, which he uses to communicate with Carla, and a pair of silver-framed glasses; he is also often seen carrying a fan, which he tends to hold up close to his face when he's observing people or thinking. While dressed in his Cherry Blossom outfit, he ties his hair in a high ponytail and removes his glasses. He wears a sleeveless white hakamashita kimono with thick purple cuffs around his shoulders, baggy hakama pants secured with a black and yellow belt with a red sash tied over it, and a black armband on his left bicep with the cherry blossom emblem on it. He wears bandaged wrist-guards with black accents which extend into gloves, a matching pair around his calves, and a black balaclava over his lower face, giving him the look of a ninja. His shoes are, again, zori sandals with plain tabi socks, but they appear to be more reinforced and have thick purple soles. When he is not skating, he usually wears a white robe over his hakama kimono with cherry blossom printing designs on the left side and back and he doesn't wear his balaclava mask. While dressed in his Cherry Blossom outfit, he ties his hair in a high ponytail and removes his glasses.
