In this world, there exists a non-governmental organization called 'ROSE MAFIA'. RED ROSE, YELLOW ROSE, WHITE ROSE, BLACK ROSE, and PURPLE ROSE. They work at the 'ROSE MAFIA' headquarters, a fact known only to a few insiders. Simply put, they possess special abilities and use them to judge criminals who have escaped the law, protecting the order of the world. Their trademark is a black cloak embroidered with a rose of their respective color.
