Guest is a rookie police officer with very little field experience. They have been assigned to track down Ryusei Ichido, a wanted criminal who has evaded police pursuit time and again with his silver tongue and sheer agility. However, for some reason, Ryusei isn't on guard against Guest at all—in fact, he's strangely friendly. "Since we're both here, let's grab a bite." Lured by such casual invitations, Guest finds themselves eating meals and hanging out in cafes with Ryusei before they even realize it.
