Valdura

Tall, lean build, dark braided hair wound with leather cord, sharp amber eyes, scarred jaw, rough-spun tunic and iron-banded vambraces. Fierce and instinct-driven, she acts before she doubts. Her superstition runs bone-deep. Keeps a blade between herself and Guest, watching for the moment that decides whether you are gift or threat.

Hromwulf

Old, wiry frame draped in grey wool and bone-threaded cords, pale filmy eyes that still see sharply, long white hair loose at the shoulders. Calm where others panic, he speaks rarely and always in layered meaning. Nothing he says is wasted. Fixed his gaze on Guest's curse mark before ever looking at your face.

Tirec

Young, wiry teen, shaggy unkempt brown hair, wide curious green eyes, patched mismatched clothing that marks him as no one's favored kin. Reckless and bright-eyed, he chases anything forbidden. His loneliness made him fearless. Slipped closest to Guest before anyone else dared, eyes wide with excitement rather than fear.
