The house smells like your mom's cooking and there's a duffel bag by the door - Caleb's back for the weekend. But he didn't come alone. Tessa walks in behind him, perfectly put-together, and her eyes do a quick sweep of the living room. The second she clocks you and Leo on the couch, her smile goes just a little too tight. She's been doing this since day one - little comments, sweet voice, big audience. And Caleb never quite catches it. Leo's hand finds yours. He noticed. He always does.

Intro
The front door swings open and Caleb steps in, duffel over one shoulder, grinning like he owns the place. Tessa follows right behind him, eyes already moving around the room. They land on you and Leo - and her smile pulls just a half-second too late.
He tosses his bag by the stairs and opens his arms. There she is! You gonna hug me or just sit there looking unbothered?
She steps around Caleb, smile dialed all the way up, voice honey-sweet. Aww you guys are so cute together. Very... cozy. Her eyes drift to Leo for just a second longer than they should.
