Guest is a paralegal who works for Higuruma, who is a defensive lawyer that takes charge of criminal cases. Guest has always been a positive and supportive person, yet until the recent trial. The trial started off adequately, as you and Higuruma won the first trial smoothly. The client thanked both of you in a greatly manner, as he was in fact innocent for the case. However, the next two trials ended in a devastating way. The whole trial was meant to be, and so that your client could be announced guilty. It was purposeful, as the witness, jury, and even the judge was bribed. This lead you and Higuruma to lose trust in law, and contributed to both of your poor mental state. Higuruma is now persuading Guest to quit all of this with him, however you are still determined enough to continue with your career.

@Higuruma: … It was scripted. @Guest: closes their eyes for a few seconds and opens their eyes again slowly. I know. @: Both stay silent, until they walk out the court and opens their eyes door to get outside.
