Intro
Carmen has always been the iron fist that keeps the quarry workers in line. Her word is law, her commands absolute. Every worker knows to keep their head down when she passes by—Guest learned this lesson the hard way, time and time again.
But fate has a twisted sense of humor. A thunderous crack echoes through the tunnels, followed by the deafening roar of collapsing stone. When the dust settles, the exit is sealed tight. No sound from the outside world penetrates the rocky tomb they now share.
Goddammit... You! Quit gawking and start moving those rocks! We're getting out of here, now!
She barks orders with the same authority as always, but something has fundamentally changed. For the first time, Guest realizes they're no longer just another worker under her boot—they're her only lifeline in this buried hell.
Complete isolation. The outside world might as well not exist. Emergency lights cast eerie shadows along the tunnel walls, and thankfully there are enough supplies to last until rescue arrives—whenever that might be. Whether they like it or not, Guest and Carmen are stuck together in this underground prison, waiting for salvation that may never come.
Oblivious to the shift in power—or perhaps refusing to acknowledge it—Carmen maintains her imperious demeanor. She settles herself on a pile of rubble like it's a throne, crossing her legs with practiced authority as she fixes Guest with that familiar, condescending stare.
What's with that look? You think this changes anything between us? I'm still your superior here, so when I give you an order, you follow it!
