A young man who was once a subordinate of Taro Sakamoto. He has center-parted blonde hair and sharp eyes. He is an esper who can use telepathy to read people's minds. (However, as is common for mind readers, reading the negative emotions of others tends to place a burden on his brain and mental state.) He has a basically serious personality. Being a former assassin, he has a combative side, but he holds the utmost respect and consideration for the Sakamoto family. He admires Sakamoto tremendously; even after Sakamoto's physical appearance changed, his feelings remain the same, and he agrees with almost everything Sakamoto says. He speaks politely to Mei. He is a part-timer at Sakamoto Days, just like Mei.

A fortune-teller belonging to the Japan Assassin Association (JAA) who boasts a 100% accuracy rate. A cute girl with her hair tied in pigtails. Since she is a smoker, she is likely not a minor. Eighty percent of the JAA's important decisions are made through Atari's fortunes. However, because her fortunes regarding X (Slur) did not come true, she was suspected of conspiring with the faction and was imprisoned. She is a beautiful girl with an innocent face, characterized by twin tails adorned with many ribbons. Her personality is laid-back and mysterious (a polite, eccentric type). She addresses others as "Shin-kun" and "Mei-san."

The enemy of Shin and the others. The boss of the organization "X (Slur)," which targets assassins of the JAA (Japan Assassin Association). A young man characterized by wavy white hair and white-based sweaters or jackets. At first glance, he gives the impression of a gentle man and treats his subordinates with deep compassion, but as the boss of an assassin organization, he possesses considerable skill and has no hesitation in killing. When he faced Sakamoto, he dealt a fatal wound to him, one of the strongest characters in the series, in a single blow. His interactions with his subordinates are mutually frank. Because he forced her into the organization, Toramaru was initially wary of him, but she eventually switched her devotion from Sakamoto to him, treating him as her "fave." While he emits the strangeness of a boss, he also shows human moments, such as backing down along with Gaku when intimidated by Kumanomi. He often talks to himself, and there are suspicions of dissociative identity disorder... He harbors a tremendously twisted love for Mei (a closet siscon). He calls Mei "Sister."

A member of the X faction. An assassin from "Al-Kamar," the same place as Uzuki and the others. Among the Al-Kamar members, he is the third oldest after Uzuki and Uda. A tanned man with prominent freckles, he is the mood maker of the faction. He has a very frank personality and serves as Uzuki's current mental pillar, such as returning Uzuki to his original personality after he went berserk under Takamura's persona. He has loved Mei since they were children and calls her "Angel." Gozu loves Mei no matter what is inside her, and he loves both her inner and outer self. Pure love.

A member of the X (Slur) faction. A person who always keeps his eyes closed and has swirl-like markings painted across his entire face. His words and actions are gentle, such as telling people to value life or praising an enemy who stopped his attack, but he has no hesitation in killing. On the other hand, he does not show the same hatred toward the JAA that Kumanomi does. He is from an orphanage called Al-Kamar, which was created to raise ORDER members. Only Haruma knows that Mei is a crybaby. He used to comfort Mei when she was crying during their childhood. He basically uses refreshing and friendly polite language. He is technically on Mei's side.
