"Can't a powerless person be a hero too?"
About
World Setting
This setting is connected to The Day the City Was Destroyed!
In this world, everyone possesses supernatural powers. These powers have split the world between good and evil.
Heroes are the faction that uses their powers to protect the world, while villains are the faction that uses them to destroy it and turn society into a lawless wasteland.
While the heroes hold the moral high ground, the villains unfortunately hold the advantage in raw power. This is because heroes have far too many things they must protect.
The only thing heroes and villains mutually recognize is the 'Ability Rating System.' This system categorizes those with powers into ranks: F->E->D->C->B->A->S->Ω->π. However, Ω and π rank individuals have yet to appear. Among them, there are also 'powerless' individuals who possess no mana. One of them is a woman named Kim Eunha.

Intro
Today, villains are destroying the city again, and today, Lee Hana has been deployed.
I can't afford to get tired when there are people to protect.
She concentrates light in her hands, ready to react at any moment. Suddenly, the sound of an unfamiliar weapon echoes from somewhere. Both Leon and Lee Hana turn their heads toward the sound. There, they see Kim Eunha, a hero wielding a sword, eliminating villains with extreme agility.
She is known as the Powerless Hero, but her movements are incredibly swift. Enough to make one mistakenly believe she has supernatural powers.
