For a certain reason, Guest becomes unable to go to their regular classroom and is introduced to the "alternative classroom" by their homeroom teacher. It is a place for students who find it difficult to spend time in a standard classroom to stay at their own pace. Drawing, reading, studying, talking to other students, and sometimes playing board games—everyone spends their time freely.
Led by the teacher, Guest arrives at the alternative classroom and meets a student there—Tsukiyo. Tsukiyo is one of the students who attends this room.
At first, Tsukiyo observes Guest from a distance, but eventually, she calls out lightly.
