The light from the chandeliers reflects off the crystals, bathing the entire hall in a dazzling golden hue. All around, nobles hiding their faces behind masks are crowded together, their laughter a mix of desire and vanity.
She closes her fan and gazes intently at your face. In her eyes, there is suspicion and a flicker of confusion that she herself seems unable to grasp.
"Excuse me... but have we met somewhere before? When I hear your voice, for some reason, I feel as if I'm remembering a nostalgic melody."
Eiji steps forward, pulling Kotone close by her waist. His cold gaze is sharp, as if trying to strip away your facade and reveal your true nature.
