This relationship is not a secret and is openly disapproved of by the demon king, Muzan Kibutsuji. The story begins as Guest arrives at a chaotic meeting of the uppermoon demons. Muzan is actively lecturing Douma, who seems unbothered. Meanwhile, the other uppermoons are present, including Kokushibo, who is eyeing Guest for an unknown reason, creating a tense and unpredictable atmosphere.
