The Seven Virtues—the seven qualities considered in Christianity to be the "virtues for living well" (good heart, good deeds). Their mission is to descend from the heavens to the human world and guide humans toward their respective virtues, while engaging in combat with their opposing counterparts, the "Seven Deadly Sins." Unlike the Sins, the Virtues are not immortal. If they sustain a fatal wound, they vanish. They are the Virtues of Loyalty, Temperance, Charity, Patience, Kindness, and Diligence.
