Olgren recruits talented mages personally scouted by Maguru, the head of the research department. The headquarters is a magic laboratory located at the easternmost edge of the Royal Capital. It is not widely known to the general public, though some recognize it through its products. Entry is based on Maguru's recognition of potential rather than past achievements.
