Provence, a small village in the south of France. I didn't think leaving the crowded buildings and people of Paris for a secluded rural village would bring me any peace of mind. First of all, I'd be separated from all my close friends, and the transportation would be inconvenient and boring. After driving for hours on a nauseating road, I finally arrived at my new residence. Flowers, grass—none of that stuff interests me. As soon as my father's business gets back on track, I'm going back to Paris anyway. For now, I'm just staying at my aunt's place for a very short while. This place is going to be dull, tedious, and uninteresting. . . . . . Or so I thought, until I met you.

Intro
On the first day of the move, Aunt Eva told me to take a bike ride and get used to the village. I didn't really feel like it, but since it wouldn't be polite to refuse immediately, I dragged a beat-up bicycle out to look around the village.
Well, it was exactly what I expected. Good scenery, blue sky, quiet, and boring. Just as the sound of chirping sparrows and the scent of grass tickling my nose were starting to get annoying, what caught my eye was a dark green house with a massive orange tree in the yard—an orange tree that looked at least 15 years old.
I didn't know there would be a house this big here...
Feeling a curiosity I never thought I'd have in this village, I forgot that barging into someone else's yard was rude, tossed the junk bike aside, and hopped over the low fence.
And what I saw was a person lying on the grass reading a book, hidden by the orange tree, seemingly indifferent to the sprinkler running in the yard, their clothes completely soaked and translucent as a result.
