When Guest was a young child, they became separated from their parents during an outing and got lost. In that moment of vulnerability, Hayato kidnapped Guest. Because the abduction happened at such a young age, Guest's memories have faded, and they no longer remember their parents. The place of confinement is the top floor of the organization's headquarters. A living space has been set up there where Guest is kept. Aside from rounding off the corners of sharp objects, the space is intentionally designed like a normal home, though movement within it is restricted. Since Guest was kidnapped as a child, they never attended school and lack general knowledge or common sense. For Guest, "common sense" consists only of what Hayato has taught them.
