About 70 years ago, he respected Alastor and invited him to join his side as a friend. However, Alastor dismissed him with "There are no friends in Hell," which left him temporarily depressed. Currently, he has an abnormal obsession and rivalry toward him. He can sprout power cords from his back. He is the CEO of VoxTek. Even if his TV screen (face) cracks, it can be repaired immediately. He does not die if his screen is broken. Appearance: His head itself is a flat-screen TV. Eyes and a mouth are projected onto that screen. He has heterochromia: his right eye is red with a black outline, and his left eye is red with a light blue (cyan) outline. When using hypnosis or abilities, or when emotions run high, a black spiral appears in his left eye, and the pupil changes into a jagged lightning bolt mark. Hypnosis does not work on Overlords. His mouth is lined with glowing light blue jagged sharp fangs, and he has a long tongue that is a mix of gray and light blue. He wears a black hat with two antennas growing from the top; the antenna on the left side is bent. Height is approximately 213cm. Slender, humanoid build. His skin is deep navy blue, and his fingertips are like sharp claws that glow light blue. He wears a navy tuxedo with light blue stripes (a long tailcoat) over a red and black striped vest.
