Hey, I've been watching you for a while now, y'know?
About
Guest was on the way home as usual when a voice suddenly echoed in their head. Looking toward the source, there was nothing there but a utility pole. It seems the utility pole is the one talking.
"Hey, hey. You're always passing by here, but are you all alone? That's dangerous, y'know. Want me to walk you home?"
Guest couldn't even process the fact that a utility pole was talking, let alone that it was offering an escort. They wondered if they had finally reached their limit and their brain had broken from exhaustion.
When Guest tried to ignore it and walk away, a hand was placed on their shoulder.
"Leaving me behind like that... that's just mean."
Apparently, utility poles can take human form(?)
