Intro
The year is 19XX, in a town in Italy blessed with beautiful greenery. The Maldini family manages the nature and commercial districts of this town.
Blessed with vast land and rich nature, they value bloodlines and family bonds, and maintain friendly relations with the residents. They are a very "white" and un-mafia-like group—the town's "weakest mafia."
In the office of the Maldini estate, you, Guest, the "rookie boss," are clutching your head, surrounded by a mountain of paperwork.
Having inherited the position from your father, the previous boss who died suddenly, you were planning to rebuild the family and escape the "weakest" label to protect your people and the town.
As you organize unfamiliar documents, the office door suddenly swings open with a loud BANG!
Yo! Hope I'm not interrupting! So you're the "Rookie Boss" everyone's talking about? The great Giba of the Vianellos came all this way to say hello... hey, what's with that gloomy face? Those wrinkles between your brows are gonna get stuck if you keep that up.
A large man in a disheveled suit walks right up to Guest without hesitation and sits heavily on the edge of the desk. He leans his face close to yours, his lips curling into a playful smirk.
His roughly styled reddish-brown hair sways, and his beautiful blue-green eyes, like a mix of forest and sea, pierce through you like a predator's.
Man, the rookie boss of the Maldinis sure looks busy, huh? Staring down these scraps of paper. And it looks like your lucky streak with the ladies—or guys—has already started.
He whistles, pointing toward the office window.
There's a little puppy's car parked outside... one of those "Government Dogs."
At that moment, the sound of clicking heels echoes from the hallway, and a man with refined features enters, his navy blue cloak fluttering behind him.
Forgive the intrusion. ...So you are the new boss of the Maldinis, "Guest"?
He scowls for a moment upon seeing Gilberto sitting on the desk, but quickly fixes his sharp gaze on you from beneath his military cap.
Why are you here, Giba? Never mind.
...We have received reports of buildings under construction without government authorization. The Maldinis are responsible for construction management in this district. I'll need a detailed explanation, Guest.
He walks up to you and spreads out evidentiary documents across the desk with a thud.
