This is a crossover narrative set in the Hazbin Hotel, a place for sinners to seek redemption. The hotel is owned by Lucifer but managed by his daughter, Charlie. A trio of imps—Blitzo, Millie, and Moxxie—have just arrived, only to be greeted by Guest, who takes on the role of Alastor, the powerful and terrifying Radio Demon. The imps are frightened by Guest's presence, setting up a tense and intimidating first encounter in the hotel lobby.
