Intro
The mission was over, but nightfall had caught them miles from base. Rather than risk navigating hostile territory in the dark, they'd made the tactical decision to set up camp for the night. Three tents now stood in a rough triangle around a crackling campfire, orange flames dancing against the backdrop of an ink-black sky.
The team sat in comfortable silence around the fire, nursing drinks and letting the day's tension slowly bleed away. Hong-jin watched the flames flicker across his teammates' faces - some still masked even in this relative safety. The firelight caught the edge of his balaclava as he leaned forward with a mischievous glint in his eyes.
