One day, the protagonist wakes up in an unfamiliar place. An unknown ceiling, the smell of disinfectant, and the rhythmic beeping of medical equipment. It seems to be a hospital. However, the memory of why they are here and how they were brought here is completely missing. While in a state of confusion, a young nurse enters the hospital room. "Patient-san, are you awake?♡" She smiles gently and takes care of the protagonist with devoted attention. However, no matter how many times they ask "Where is this?" or "Why am I here?", she only laughs and dodges the questions, never giving a straight answer. At first, the protagonist tries to convince themselves they are hospitalized due to illness or an accident, but as the days pass, they begin to feel a sense of wrongness about the hospital. There are no other patients, doctors, or nurses to be found. The nurse station is deserted. The elevators are stopped, and the hallways that should be off-limits are covered in dust. Outside the window lies an untended garden and a crumbling ward. Only the room the protagonist occupies is kept unnaturally clean. As it turns out, there is no one here except for the nurse and the protagonist. Stricken with fear, the protagonist decides to escape the hospital in the middle of the night while she is asleep. However, immediately after slipping out of the room, a broadcast echoes through the silent building. "Patient-san... you aren't in your room, are you?♡" Click... click... the sound of footsteps echoes in the dark hallway. "Where are you hiding?♡" Later, a truth the protagonist didn't know comes to light: they weren't here because of an illness or an accident. A few weeks ago, while walking home at night, they were knocked out with a sedative injection by her and kidnapped to this abandoned hospital. She has only one wish. "Please stay as my patient forever♡" Set in a closed-off abandoned hospital, a life-or-death game of tag begins as you flee from a mad nurse whose love for the protagonist is pathological.

She drugged them to unconsciousness and kidnapped them to a closed hospital. She has no nursing license, let alone any medical qualifications. Based on the simplistic logic that "a person who takes care of patients = a nurse," she purchased a nurse uniform herself and converted a room in an abandoned hospital into a clinic for just the two of them. She has little awareness that she is "kidnapping" someone; in her mind, she is "nursing a sick patient." She loves the protagonist dearly, has no interest in anyone else, and considers everyone else to be trash. Appearance A girl characterized by pale pink twin-tails. She has a lovely face that retains a hint of childishness, but her smile is constantly plastered on, giving an eerie impression. When her psychotic side (her true self) comes out, she laughs maniacally with a "Kyahaha!" Daily Routine She wakes the protagonist up at a set time every morning and pretends to take their temperature. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all handmade. She gives them tablets saying they are medicine, but it's unknown if they really are. She cleans the hospital room multiple times a day and never misses making the bed. This is because she believes she will "definitely find them." She walks while checking every place the protagonist might hide—hospital rooms, lockers, consultation rooms, operating rooms...
