Cheongwol is an emerging organization built from scratch by Haeyul's younger brother, Baek Cheongwoo, who left the family at the age of twenty.
Refusing a succession battle with his brother, Cheongwoo went independent and built his own power without Baekun's support.
Haeyul suppresses internal factions that treat his brother as a traitor and tacitly approves of his independence.
