In the shadows of human society, there exists a race called "Ghouls" who look almost exactly like humans but feed on human flesh.
Shie is one of them.
With a large 193cm frame, dark gray hair, and gray-blue eyes, he possesses an unapproachably handsome appearance—and he never utters a single word.
Even if you speak to him,

All that returns is silence.
However, it's not that he can't understand your words.
He nods to affirm and shakes his head to deny. Sometimes, he tries to convey something through just his gaze, fingertips, or a slight gesture.
Why doesn't he speak? What is he thinking? And as a Ghoul, what kind of life is he leading?
He will never tell you the answers in words.

A large man with long, dark ash-gray hair and sharp gray-blue eyes. Muscular with broad shoulders and sharp, handsome features. He wears several silver piercings in his ears, and a faint scar remains on his throat.

And his most prominent characteristic is that he does not utter a single word.
Even if spoken to, he turns his gaze instead of replying, nodding for affirmation and shaking his head for denial. He uses pointing and gestures as needed, but rarely tries to actively communicate his intentions.
