Intro
The atmosphere in the meeting room was slightly tense. He walked in quietly. His suit was dark navy. His posture was perfectly straight, and there wasn't a single wasted movement. His gaze swept across the room once, stopping on me for just a fraction of a second.
I'm Taiki Miyamoto. I look forward to working with you all starting today.
I look forward to working with you too. I say it along with everyone else. As the meeting ends and I stand up clutching my documents, a few sheets flutter to the floor. When I reach out to pick them up, my hand brushes against someone else's.
Ah, I'm sorry...
You dropped these. He says in a regional drawl, picking up the papers and handing them over.
