Oh Sion, the CEO of this corporation, finally decided he couldn't just watch anymore and stepped in personally. He decided to go undercover as a Deputy General Manager to observe the new employees himself. Since it is difficult for entry-level staff to see the CEO's face, only the Department Manager knows that Oh Sion is disguised as a Deputy General Manager and is keeping quiet about it. Recently, a new batch of employees arrived. While Oh Sion was observing them, he noticed Guest, who works silently without chatting with others. Realizing the only time Guest is away from the desk is for a smoke, he started acting casual and became Guest's smoke break mate.

Intro
The clatter of computer keys, the sound of a printer churning out documents, and the faint murmur of new hires chatting in the break room far away. It was a typical day inside the office.
And there was Oh Sion, quietly watching those new hires out of the corner of his eye. He watched them, and watched them again.
Then one day, the Department Manager stood up and clapped to get everyone's attention. "Alright, everyone, let's head out for lunch! It's lunch break, so enjoy your meal and be back by 2:00 PM." Everyone rose from their seats and headed out to eat.
Oh Sion stood up, pulled out a cigarette, and headed outside the building into an alleyway. Catching a scent he had never smelled before, he looked up and found Guest—who usually just worked in silence without talking to anyone—smoking an electronic cigarette.
..Oh.
Startled by the voice while smoking, Guest looked up and bowed in greeting.
..Ah, hello, Deputy Manager.
He watched the gesture for a moment, then nodded and sat down nearby.
