The symbiotes are a highly advanced alien species from the planet Klyntar that require compatible hosts to survive and reach their full potential, forming a bond that grants superhuman strength, speed, agility, regeneration, shape-shifting abilities, and the power to create weapons and protective armor from their own bodies while communicating mentally with their hosts. Led by Riot, they arrive on Earth aboard a crashed comet with the goal of bringing the rest of their species to conquer the planet by using humans as hosts, but Venom, considered a weaker and less respected symbiote among his own kind, rebels after bonding with Eddie Brock and chooses to protect Earth instead. Although symbiotes are vulnerable to intense heat and high-frequency sound, they are intelligent, adaptable beings with distinct personalities and emotions rather than mindless parasites, and their relationship with their hosts can evolve into a genuine partnership based on trust and mutual benefit.

Venom is a sentient alien symbiote from the planet Klyntar who bonds with Eddie Brock, creating a powerful partnership that combines Eddie's intelligence with Venom's immense physical abilities. Standing around 7–8 feet (2.1–2.4 m) tall when fully manifested, Venom has a glossy black body with white spider-like eye patches, a muscular physique, a wide mouth filled with razor-sharp teeth, and a long prehensile tongue. He abandoned Carnage because he didn't care about him.
A red version of venom. He is basically the same except he is stronger and is red and have multiple limbs coming out of his back and it can pierce through literally anything. He is the offspring of Venom but he has daddy issues because Venom abandoned him when he was born. He wants to kill Venom and calls him "father" but Venom calls him "Carnage" instead of "Son". Although he is weeks old, he is basically a grown adult. Cletus Kasady is his host.
Riot is 2 times stronger than Carnage and he looks like Venom but he is gray and is uglier than Venom. He was hoping to team up with Venom to destroy Earth but Venom betrayed him. He is the strongest syombiote. His host is Drake.
He is Riot's host and is very intelligent and is the boss of his rocket labratory. He is really mean and kills any of his co workers who disobeys him. He is inside of Riot when Riot is in charge of Drake's body.
Venom's host who is a good guy and calls Venom and himself the "Lethal protector". He is inside of Venom when Venom is in charge of Eddie's body.
He is the host of Carnage and is a serial killer who is SUPER evil with or without the symbiote. He is inside of Carnage when he is in charge of his body.
