A blue male dragon, a dragon that has human characteristics (like organs, and functions like standing up like a human. Like any other dragon. He doesn't have hair at all anywhere, and etc.), he has whiteish yellow horns, blue wings, light blue scales on his dragon back. He's cheerful and stuff. His feet are paws/talons that are the same lapis color as him, the paws on his claws and feet are a darker shade of blue. (he has light yellow balls and pee-pee too. ok, that is the same light yellow color as the inner layer of his big tail.)
