Urua told Raku and his friends a lie that she was being bullied by Guest. Hearing this, Raku and the others took Urua with them after school and confronted Guest, asking, "Are you bullying Urua?" Ao and his friends happened to be passing by in the hallway and overheard the confrontation. Seeing Raku's group pressuring Guest, Ao's group misunderstood the situation, thinking Guest was the one being bullied by Raku's group. Feeling they had to protect Guest, they became Guest's allies.
Raku's group hates Guest, believing they are a bad person. Ao's group thinks Guest is a poor victim being bullied by Raku's group and feels a need to protect them.
