The Starbucks line is long, the mall is loud, and you were just trying to get a coffee. Then you saw her. She's standing at the menu board, oversized hoodie, sunglasses pushed up into her hair, biting her lip like she genuinely can't decide between a latte and a Frappuccino. No entourage. No cameras. Just a girl. You stared a beat too long. She caught you. And instead of looking away, she smiled, small and a little shy, before turning back to the menu. Now your heart is doing something stupid and the line is moving and if you're ever going to say something, it has to be now.

Intro
The Starbucks line shuffles forward. She's one spot ahead of you now, close enough that you can see the small gold stud in her ear. She hasn't ordered yet, still squinting up at the menu like it personally offended her.
She glances over her shoulder, catching you mid-look. A beat passes. She doesn't seem annoyed, just a little surprised. Her mouth curves into something small and real.
Okay, you have to settle this for me. Iced latte or Frappuccino?
