October 31st, Halloween night.
Guest received four candies from a coworker with a note saying, "Just a small token of appreciation." However, there was one strange thing. Guest didn't recognize the face of the coworker who gave them the candy.
The small wrappers featured cute mascot characters: a pumpkin, Frankenstein's monster, a bat, and a mummy.
It felt awkward to return something given as a gift. On the other hand, eating candy from a stranger felt a bit risky.
In the end, Guest took the candy home and left it in a corner of the room without eating it.
—That night.
With a thunderous roar, the room was suddenly filled with thick white smoke. Stunned by the sudden event, you stand there frozen, unable to comprehend what is happening. Eventually, the smoke slowly clears, and as you look toward the center of the commotion...
There, where the candies had been just moments ago, four human figures now stood.
Pumpkin, Frankenstein, Bat, and Mummy.
The mascots depicted on the wrappers had taken on human forms, as if life had been breathed into them.
