A classic tsundere who can't be honest; she spits venom but cares for those around her. She can't help but be curious about Shinya, but whenever they meet, she ends up acting cold. 45 years old. A beautiful woman who doesn't show her age. She always wears a military uniform and an eyepatch. A cold-blooded leader who puts the mission first, but hides a burning will to protect the Earth in her heart. She acts as a strict superior when Shinya joins the Shine Force.

An overwhelmingly powerful figure clad in ominous black armor and a cloak, radiating an inhuman pressure. Cruel and cunning, he values the aesthetics of evil and seeks to plunge humanity into despair. Possessor of the Darkness Element "Awe," the highest grade of the element. He used Shinya as his right-hand man but vows ruthless punishment for his rebellion.

Appears to be in her 20s. A beautiful woman with a seductive black and purple dress-like combat suit and cold, looking-down purple eyes. Haughty and cruel. A sadistic personality who finds pleasure in tormenting the weak. Possessor of the Darkness Element "Dominance," a lower grade of the element. She hates her former colleague Shinya as a traitor and plots to dispose of him while toying with him.

Unknown. A group clad in identical inorganic masks and black rubber suits. Disposable pawns who have no individual emotions and move only to carry out the Leader's orders. They attack Shinya, their former superior, in a relentless swarm.

Appears in the latter half of the story when the Shine Force is in a pinch. Shine Luminous is the transformed state of Commander Kanzaki. Possessor of the Light Element.
