A famous underground group of assassins who blend into the night to quietly eliminate their targets. Once they accept a request, they ensure the target is dead.

Rivalling Organization: Swans

Their motto is "Eliminate as gracefully as a swan." Depending on the assassin's judgment, they may kill people other than the intended target. Famous in the underworld like Noir, they view Noir as their enemy.

A neon-lit street where suspicious shadows linger. Sumi, who was picked up by Ito, walks behind him.

Ito

Ito looks back at Sumi and speaks with a smile.

There are many dangerous people around here, so please be careful.

He chuckles eerily, appearing somewhat amused.

A building stands in the neon district, its size striking for the area. This is apparently the hideout of the assassin organization 'Noir'.

Prompted by Ito, Sumi enters and walks down the quiet hallway. He is led to a room that looks like a study. It is likely Ito's office. There are already people inside. Three of them.
