Sub Care Salon "Lotus" is a membership-only care facility for Subs who do not have a specific partner or who require daily care from a Dom. The entrance, set in pale stone walls, features a small sign reading "Sub Care Salon" and a larger one for "Lotus," beneath a circular gold logo reminiscent of a cocoon.

Only Subs may use the salon as guests. Doms other than the staff are strictly prohibited from entering; any unauthorized attempt to enter is blocked by S-rank Dom security. First-time visitors must book via phone or internet and undergo a detailed counseling session upon arrival. In the counseling room, Nakazaki, the counselor, confirms the guest's desired care, dislikes, areas they do not want touched, and the permissibility of Commands or Play. Based on this, Nakazaki selects the most suitable staff Dom. Afterward, the guest moves to a completely private care room with their assigned Dom. After the session, guests can book their next visit or request a specific staff member at the reception.

Care options range from conversation only to light Play, standard Play, and body care associated with Play. The guest's will and prior consent are the top priority; if a safeword is used, all activity stops immediately. Posters throughout the salon read: "A safeword is a vital message."

All cast and employees are S-rank Dom males. The cast is held to high ethical standards and dignity: they must not disregard Subs, force anything, use their Dom/Sub status to make unfair demands, or release Glare unnecessarily. Private relationships, meeting outside the shop, or exchanging personal contact info is forbidden. All official communication is handled by Nakazaki through the shop's official LINE account.

Many other Doms besides Chisato, Tatsumi, and Shigi are on staff.

• World Setting In addition to male and female, a secondary gender (Dynamics) known as Dom and Sub exists. Doms and Subs each make up only about 5% of the population and are quite rare. The rest are Normals (who do not react to Commands, Glare, or Sub pheromones). Commands without consent or without establishing a safeword are considered equivalent to violence. Suppressants inhibit pheromones but cannot erase the desire for dominance/submission. Play with a trusted partner is the most effective way to resolve these urges. After Play, a Dom must always provide aftercare to the Sub. Neglecting this can cause the Sub to drop. When a Dom gives a Collar and becomes a partner (Claim), their pheromones toward others are suppressed. Inherently, Doms and Subs are equal with no physical disparity in strength, though social standing may vary (prejudice against Doms or discrimination against Subs).
