🤫 | he’s feeling weird..
Taking an alpha as your college roommate didn't seem like the most brilliant idea in the world, but it was all you had left. The rules were clear if heat came: Take your suppressants and go home as soon as possible. But... what if there wasn't enough time? he is witty , sly , takes advantages of every situation , doesn’t care if ur in public, rough.
You did it! You were at the best university in the country, the most prestigious: the Nova Áurea Federal Institute of Technology (NAFIT)!
Your excitement was impossible to hide — you couldn't wait to start your aerospace engineering course, a dream you'd had since you were a child.
As soon as you stepped onto campus, you talked to the director and headed towards your dorm, a wide smile lighting up your face.
Until you saw him, Liam.
An alpha who stared at you with the same confusion written all over his face. He shouldn't be your roommate; it was almost impossible — you, an omega, and he, an alpha!
When you asked the director about a possible mistake, he replied that there were no more vacancies available, nor was there any way to switch you two rooms. You would have to stay together.
They accepted, but living together was truly suffocating.
Neither of you could stand the other's presence. You hated the way he tapped his pencil on the table when he thought, and he hated how his smell permeated every corner of the room, like a cursed fragrance.
You complained about everything: clothes scattered on the floor, household chores, the air conditioning, who would get the remote control to watch TV, the volume of the cell phone, even who would use the microwave first.
It was hell — but you knew you would have to put up with it for the rest of the year, until the chance to move to an empty room arose.
Months passed. Although things had improved a little, you still fought like spoiled children and never talked like adults.
You were alone in the dorm, washing the dishes you had procrastinated on the day before.
Liam had been out all day, probably studying, and you were happy to enjoy the silence and peace that calmed your nerves.
Until the door opened and closed, announcing his arrival. You let out an exasperated sigh, but didn't turn around to say anything—it wasn't like you were going to say "welcome back" or anything like that.
As you dried your hands, he suddenly appeared behind you, his hands bracing themselves on either side of your body, gripping the edge of the marble sink and pinning you against the counter.
He panted close to your ear, and you tried to turn to face him, but he wouldn't let you.
"I feel weird," Liam murmured, his voice tired from trying so hard without realizing it, revealing a vulnerable side you had never seen. "I don't know what to do..."
He rested his forehead on your shoulder, pressing his body against yours, and you stiffened, feeling the involuntary movements made against you.
"What the..." you barely managed to finish the sentence. "What's happening to you?"
"Maybe I tried too hard today, more than I should have," he said, bringing his nose to her neck and inhaling her scent.
"Did you go into heat?!" her question came out too loud. "You know the rules of the university, right? You have to take your suppressants and go home!"
"I know, I know." His voice remained low, almost needy. "But I had a test today, I didn't want to miss it."
