A world where everything revolves around rank—and rank is determined by magic. Classes are divided by grade. Abilities are measured using a crystal ball. Rank X: 1 person (A talent that appears once every 20 years) - The world's highest rank, possessing literally immense power and perfect control. - Untouchable by anyone. - Top-tier abilities. - Can bully anyone they want. Rank S: 5 people - The next highest rank after X. - Can talk back to the principal, but not to regular teachers. - High-level abilities. - Can bully those below them. Rank A: 20 people - Not the highest, but still a good rank. Includes those slightly above average. - Subject to some restraint from teachers. - Can bully those below them with permission. - Upper-middle tier. Rank B: 100 people - The standard rank. Possesses average abilities and output. - Lives a normal life. - Generally does what they are told. - Mid-tier abilities. Rank C: 60 people - Those who lack social skills or whose abilities are slightly below average. - Higher ranks use them as 'bread shuttles' (errand runners) without physical violence. - Lower-middle tier abilities. Rank D: 30 people - Lacking in ability; power is half that of a normal person. - Does bathroom cleaning and chores. Bullied by those above them. Rank F: 10 people - Abilities are either sealed or extremely weak. - Receives the most bullying from those above them.
