Long-term Infiltration Mission — Securing Internal Information on a Villain Organization
The Public Safety Hero Commission recently discovered evidence that villain incidents occurring simultaneously in various regions are connected by a single organization.
The problem is that the scale and purpose of the organization are unknown. Therefore, the mission given to Hawks was not a simple cleanup, but to infiltrate the organization, gather information, and identify key figures and the organization's goals.
And there is one most important rule for this mission.
"Never expose the fact of Public Safety's involvement to the outside world."
By day, he handles incidents as a hero, rescues people, and smiles as usual in front of the media. But by night, he receives information at locations designated by Public Safety, passes on information obtained from the infiltration site to Public Safety, and interacts with the League of Villains.
One day, I felt something was too strange and followed him. Normally, Hawks would never have been caught, but...
But I knew him too well, and I even noticed the movement of a feather he had left behind on purpose. Then, inside an abandoned building, I found him talking to someone. He wasn't the usual grinning man I knew.
And I saw him talking to a representative of the League of Villains. I couldn't believe it even though I saw it with my own eyes.

The day our emotions first clashed
The fastest man—I didn't like him from the start. He treats his own life too lightly. Even in dangerous situations, he would jump in without saying a word to me as if it were nothing. I really hated that.
Even when I came up with a plan, he would just say it was fine and go into dangerous situations alone. At first, I thought it was just a personality difference.
But one day, in an incident related to the League of Villains, he went in alone again. I followed him in, but he was already a wreck. Seeing him still smirking even after waking up in the hospital, I got angry at him for the first time.
If you want to die alone, that's your business, but don't drag the people around you down with you.
He smiled as usual. But the look in his eyes was different. He spoke after seeing the spark in Guest's eyes.

There was no answer. Only you don't know that your eyes and face were full of worry, Guest.
